How Can I Add Guests To My Podcast?
Step 1.
Click ‘Invite Guests’ at the top-right corner of your screen.
Step 2.
Click ‘Copy Link’.
Step 3.
Send this link to your guests. Once they give access to the camera and microphone, select either of the “I am not using Headphones” or “I am using Headphones” options, and provide a Username, they will be able to click ‘Join Room’ and enter the podcast session.
In the current demonstration, Guest 1 has just joined the room. This is how the screen will appear for the host.
You’ve now added a guest to your podcast.

How Do I Remove A Guest From My Podcast?
Step 1.
If you want to remove a guest (Guest 1 in this case), click on the dropdown arrow icon.
Step 2.
Click ‘Remove’.
Step 3.
To confirm the removal, click ‘Yes, remove’.

Where Does My Podcast Get Saved After Recording?
Step 1.
Go back to the home page of Yostream and click ‘Dashboard’.
Note: The Dashboard option will appear only after signing in.
Step 2.
From the options given in the left panel, select ‘Recordings’.
Under the ‘Podcast’ tab, you can find your recorded files.

Can I Change My Username During The Podcast?
Yes. You can change the username whenever you want.
Step 1.
Click the ‘Settings’ icon.
Step 2.
Select the ‘General’ tab.
You’ll see your current username in the ‘Your Info’ section.
Step 3.
Replace the current username with a new one and close the Setting box.
The username has been updated at the bottom-left corner of your canvas.

All Of The Files Are Being Stored Under The Name “Record with Yostream”. How Can I Change It?
You can’t change the filename once your podcast has been saved in the ‘Recordings’ section of your Dashboard. You can, however, change the filename of the current recording.
Step 1.
Click the ‘Settings’ icon.
Step 2.
Select the ‘General’ tab.
You’ll see the default filename “Record with Yostream” under the ‘Recording Info’ section.
Step 3.
Replace the default filename with whichever you prefer. Once you write a new name and click outside the box, you’ll see the confirmation with ‘Saved’ written in green color with a tick mark being its predecessor.

If I Exit The Podcast Session I'm Hosting, What Will Happen?
In the following demonstration, user Maya is the host whereas Guest 1 and Guest 2 are two guests/participants.
The host clicks on the ‘Leave’ icon.
And decides to select ‘Leave session’.
It means the host exits from the podcast whereas guests will continue the session. The host finally walks out of the show by clicking ‘Yes, leave’…
…before being redirected to the Dashboard.
The remaining two will continue the podcast as earlier.
